Although it is never too late, I wish I’d been more intentional about setting clear “non-negotiables” for our family.
Things like Sunday family dinners, going to Mass together, and certain holiday traditions—not just when it’s convenient, but as a given. These aren’t just events on a calendar. They’re statements about family values & who we are.
It takes effort to keep them going, especially when life gets busy. But those are the moments that anchor a family. They become the memories everyone carries with them and the traditions they want to come home to.
